Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
AdIntellect ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted advertising tools for e-commerce brands. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can have it deleted.
Data we collect
- Account information: name and email address provided when you create an account (managed through our authentication provider, Clerk).
- Advertising data: when you connect a Meta (Facebook) account, we access ad accounts, pages, campaigns, ads, creatives, and performance metrics through the Meta Marketing API, strictly to operate the features you request (publishing ads, importing ads, syncing performance insights).
- Content you provide: product information, brand details, creatives, and reviews you upload or connect.
How we use data
Data is used solely to provide the AdIntellect service: generating, publishing, and analyzing advertising creatives on your behalf. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to advertise to you.
Meta platform data
Access tokens and identifiers obtained through Meta are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you initiate. We request only the permissions needed for those actions (such as ads_management and ads_read). You can revoke AdIntellect's access at any time from your Facebook settings under Settings → Business integrations.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing enzo.chartier.pro@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We will delete your account data, connected-platform tokens, and imported advertising data within 30 days and confirm by email. Revoking the app from your Facebook settings also invalidates our access to your Meta data.
