Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdIntellect ("the Service"), an AI-assisted advertising platform for e-commerce brands. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

AdIntellect helps you research, generate, publish, and analyze advertising creatives, including through integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Shopify. Features may evolve, be added, or be removed at any time.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must have the legal right to use any connected accounts (ad accounts, pages, stores) and any content you upload.

Acceptable use

• You remain fully responsible for the ads you generate and publish, including their compliance with applicable law and with the policies of the platforms they run on (such as the Meta Advertising Standards).
• You may not use the Service to create misleading, unlawful, or infringing content, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate advertising content. AI output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it. You own the rights to the creatives generated for you, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms.

Third-party platforms

Actions performed on connected platforms (publishing ads, spending budget, modifying campaigns) are executed on your instruction and under your platform accounts. AdIntellect is not responsible for advertising spend, platform policy enforcement, or account restrictions imposed by those platforms.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdIntellect's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
